Waterfall I like this list cause aren't GHs supposed to be compilations of songs that were at some point officially released in some way, shape, or form? I'd add Are We All We Are to the list (I think it was a single in Australia and Germany to promote the tour) and Bridge of Light (that one did really well in Germany and it's a beautiful song overall IMO). 1. Also a lot of your track listings have songs that were just album tracks and only released singles get put on a GH. For example, Madonna. Immaculate Collection and GHV2 are greatest hit albums with totally different track set lists; GHV2 starts right where IC left off.
